Buyer Restrictions
All buyers should bear legal right to purchase blades and knives. Buyers acknowledge this when making a puchurse.

Shipping

All packages are handled by Finland Posti, then, after arriving in its destination country, handled by your local postal service (USPS, Royal Mail etc.)

Tracking number is provided after shipment. You may track it online. You may need to sign for your package.

COVID-19 period shipping time:

Due to  Covid- 19 pandemic, shipping times are hard to be estimated. Finland’s post is declaring a situation of force majeure, thus the following shipping times are not guaranteed.

Europe: 5-10 working days (mails to the UK are experiencing severe delays due to limited capacity and Brexit)
North America: 10-25 working days
Rest of the world: 10-30 working days

Consumer Rights
All sales with EU are regulated by the EU  consumer protection directives.

Buyers have the right to return any purchased goods within 14 days after recieving the goods. The returned goods must not be used. You do not need to give any reason for return.

The buyer need to pay for the return postage, if the goods itself is not found faulty.

You are asked to notify us before returning any goods. 

Refund
Refund will be processed as soon as the returned goods arrives. If not otherwise requested, the refund goes back to your original payment account/card.
